Recipe Type: Breakfast (or snack)
Servings: 1 large
  • 2 packets frozen organic dragon fruit/pitaya smoothie packs (such as ‘Pitaya Plus’)
  • 2 ripe bananas (preferably frozen)
  • 2 heaping tbsp cashew butter (or substitute peanut butter)
  • 2 tbsp organic almond milk
  • Blend ingredients in high power blender (such as Vitamix) until smooth; place in bowl, then add below toppings.
  • Handful of granola
  • Handful of blueberries (add or substitute other fresh berries as desired)
  • Handful of chia seeds
  • Handful of coconut flakes
